In my case it just happend once by some reason but it could have been because I shut down MyIE in the wrong way (so I got asked to open the last visited sites) :P

They said it didn't work well with netscape and could be some problems with IE, try mozilla or someting. Personally do I use MyIE2 (http://www.myie2.com)

I don't really know what it is but I also got that earlier today but for me it was solved by restarting the webbrowser.

But now when you request edit it says the file already exist of the same size do you still want to add the file. I think it shouldn't warn like that when you request a change since you don't add the anime again right?

There could be something like "request remove genre" to get rid of the wrong genres. Those who can add genres should be the one who added the anime and also people who have seen the whole anime (or if you want to be really hard only people who have written an review.)
