In consequence, the ep-title was changed and the "edited by" was overwritten - but no creq-entry for this change has been created. The pending creq wasn't affected, but its "old value" for the ep-title doesn't take the !seteptitle into account.

I suggest to reject !seteptitle with an error-message when a creq is pending for it.

mmmm that was creq response of the file (54807) , didn't noticed that there was also an creq for the episode as well :/
