AniDB

With new changes happening with AniDB, I think it would also be a good idea to remove old options in the profile page whoch are no longer in use.

ex:

• Hide kanji titles in animelist
  Hide other titles in animelist
  Hide synonyms in anime lists by default

no you are not wrong, it's planned...

and is a major pain, hence the delay on doing it..
