AOM File Data

Post by densanki »

I would use the anime file content of AOM for a local offline database.

But it seems that no docs explain how AOM save the downloaded data from anidb.net

Only reading the data would be very since.

Thank you for your help

Sorry, per the tcp api rules the means of reading the aom data file is secret. ;) Policy is set in stone by Exp so aom will not break this, if you want anime data you can talk with Exp.

Which anime data do you mean? I am also busy with making an off-line catalog which can connect to anidb to collect data, like titles, type, period etc. All this can be done via UDP.

I mean all content of animes in anidb.net, not identic, but not up to date, maybe one refresh per month.

I know I can do this with UDP / Anidb.net API but I don't want to make this traffic. I think it would be better that AOM access to anidb, after that I read out the Data File from it.

thanks for your information
