You know, I was always curious about this but I never though of putting it up for discussion until now.
What is the meaning of the hexagrams that appear so often in anime in association with magic and the accult? Being that I am Jewish, it always reminded me of the Star of David, but I know that can't be it. Does the hexagram have some significance in Japanese culture or something?
