Err, DonGato, I rather think it's because this forum isn't that active for general anime talk. (I recommend the OP try the AnimeReactor forums instead (link in Recommended Links)). Also, to stay on topic, I'll state that the show is somewhat interesting, but not captivating.

It's actually a sequel, as you will spot if you look at this graph: http://anidb.info/perl-bin/animedb.pl?show=rel&aid=2807

so while it might very well be bad, I wouldn't call it a rip.

I'm not sure anidb is geared in the direction where most users care enough to 1: use that info, 2: add that info, 3: keep that info up to date and accurate. you haveto remember that anidb is a userdriven database.

ps. your english is fine.

I believe this has been suggested before, and the reason (doubt it's the only reason, but it is the only reason I remember) it was discarded was because there already is vote spamming, and it's not getting any better ... and having that many more vote options is just asking for even more vote spam. ...

while I agree that most people will only read one long review I still think it's better to read one long good review instead of 5 smaller crappy ones. and we do have a review rating system for the purpose of placing the best review above the others so it will be more accessible. If you want smaller ...

This page: AniDB Clients lists the clients that are developped with anidb. If AOM isn't working for you, I would suggest WebAOM . It doesn't have everything AOM has, but it's good enough for me. There are also other types of clients that use the UDP API that are listed here: UDP Clients ... however ...

fhc, it is customary to give three examples of anime that fits in a category when making a suggestion for a new one ... this is so that we won't have categories which are virtually empty.

also, I'm impressed with your openness about these issues, kudos to you =)

I have a suggestion that doesn't quite fit with your requirements, but which I believe most people who enjoy fantasy will enjoy: The Twelve Kingdoms.
